A healthy lifestyle is an individual's way of living in order to prevent illness and promote health. A healthy lifestyle helps us fulfil our goals and objectives, successfully implement our plans, and cope with difficulties and, if necessary, enormous overload. Good health, maintained and strengthened by the individual, enables us to live a long and fulfilling life. 

Health is an invaluable asset for each individual and for society as a whole. When meeting or parting with our loved ones, we always wish them good health, because it is the main prerequisite for a full and happy life.

The main factors destroying health:

  • Psychoactive substances (drugs).
  • Smoking.
  • Alcohol.
  • Stress.
  • Hypodynamia.

Rules for a healthy lifestyle:

  • Giving up bad.
  • Sports.
  • Healthy.
  • Consumption of foods rich in vitamins. .
