Information to the applicant
The Department of Journalism and Communication Management welcomes everyone to this page!
We train specialists in the educational program 6B03201 - Journalism.
For admission:
- Reception of documents on our EP will last from 20.06.2023 to 07.07.2023.
- Creative examination will be held in the period from 08.07.2023 to 15.07.2023. (The exact date will be announced in advance)
- Only 2 UNT diplomas will be taken into account for admission: History of Kazakhstan (minimum 5 points), Reading Literacy (minimum 5 points).
- Passing score: 50
The creative exams will be held at our university in a warm and friendly atmosphere:
- Composition. We offer you a choice of 5 topics, not tied to any works or events. You can score between 15 and 45 points on this exam.
- An interview designed to reveal your level of professional orientation and communicative culture can also bring you from 15 to 45 points. You need to prepare a portfolio for it, which can include all your achievements, publications, poems and other things.
The department has three levels of education: Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral studies. Training of specialists is conducted in the state and Russian languages.
