Group of educational programs "History"
As part of international cooperation in the historical sciences, the department carries out the necessary Work Plan under agreements on co-supervision of doctoral dissertations on the topics:
- History of the formation and activities of the category of citizens deprived of voting rights in the territory of Northern Kazakhstan in the 1917-1930s.
- Life and social and political activities of Myrzagazy Espolov.
- Eldes Omarov: personality in the flow of history.
- Worldview and social organization of ancient societies of the 2nd millennium BC. Kazakhstan in domestic and foreign historiography of the 20th – early 21st centuries.
History teachers actively participate in the implementation of grant and economic contractual topics:
- Organization of research into facts about the victims of political repression in the Kostanay region in the period of the 20-50s of the XX century.
- Conducting archaeological research of the sacred site “Fortified settlement of Kamysty (Pervomaiskoe), Bronze Age”.
- Identification of objects of historical and cultural heritage on land plots located on the territory of the Kostanay region, Zhitikarinsky district, Tokhtarovsky rural district.
- “The history of the deportation of Polish citizens to Kazakhstan and the activities of the delegation (embassy) of the Republic of Poland in the Kostanay region during the Second World War (1939-1945).
