• A team of students led by O.V. Yelchishcheva took 1st place in the online Psychology Olympiad within the framework of the Republican Days of Science "Katanov Readings-2019" of the N.F.Katanov Khakass State University on 01.04.2019.
• A team of students led by O.V. Yelchishcheva, took 1st place in the interuniversity competition-Olympiad of professional skills in psychology "Professionalism is the key to a successful future", A.Baitursynov KSU on 04/22/2019.
• The 1st place was taken by the 2nd-year student Schmit V. at the international scientific and practical conference of students and undergraduates "Youth and science in the conditions of new industrial modernization and updating of the content of education" in March 2019.
• A group of 3rd year students of the specialty "Psychology" under the guidance of O.V. Yelchishcheva participated with their projects in the intramural student competition of startup projects "SMART SPRING" in 2021 and received certificates for participation.
• A 4th-year student of Shmit V.R. under the guidance of Yelchishcheva O.V. participated with her report in the Republican Days of Science "Katanov Readings - 2021" at the Institute of Continuing Pedagogical Education, Khakassia, Russia and took 3rd place in her section.
• Moderator of the student skills competition among students of the department and other universities of Kazakhstan and Russia, in the spring of 2021, "Key competencies of a psychologist of the future through the eyes of students" for students of psychological specialties, with the involvement of graduates of the specialty "Psychology" and potential employers, where students of the department Krasnokutskaya M and Andrenko E. took 2nd and 3rd places.
• Nagaytsev T., 3rd year student of the specialty "Psychology" under the guidance of senior lecturer of the Department of Psychology Yelchishcheva O.V. became the winner in the section "Human psychological resources and the challenges of the Covid–19 pandemic" of the All-Russian Scientific Conference with international participation "Psychology in a changing world: problems, hypotheses, prospects", South Ural State University (National Research University), May 2022.
• Moderator of the student competition of professional skills in 2022 "Professional competencies of a future psychologist" of the Department of Psychology of the A. Baitursynov KRU (with international participation). The competition was attended by students of the A.Baitursynov KRU, Kostanay, Kazakhstan; L.N.
