Today, as part of the department's week, the Department of Foreign Languages of the Pedagogical Institute named after U. Sultanagazin, represented by advisor Gulbanu Ungutbayeva, invited the Centre for Practical Psychology to work with 3rd year students.
The topic of the meeting was "Personal growth through the development of communication skills".
The training session was very interesting. The students were lively, sociable, witty, friendly, and most importantly active. In the class, we worked on communication skills through exercises aimed at persuasion.
Students practiced public speaking, applied different persuasion techniques, tried out some conflict resolution strategies, and came to a unanimous agreement at the end!
The training session ended with a team building exercise.
