Department of Psychology

Every year, the Department of Psychology or the Practical Psychology Center conducts personal growth trainings for our respected library employees.

The meeting's topic was "Personal growth through the development of communication skills".

 The entire team, led by the head of the department, actively participated in the training. In the course of the session, we learned how to overcome communication barriers, to negotiate, to communicate and to reach agreements. Participants received a burst of positive emotions. The training ended with a team-building exercise!
