A seminar was organized for the teaching staff of the university: "Prevention of emotional burnout and support for the mental health of university teachers"
The seminar was conducted by the head of the Center for Practical Psychology Zhangalieva Roza Yessimkhanovna. The seminar was held in an interactive format.
The teachers willingly took part in the psychological training, actively participated in group discussions on emotional burnout, and received resources with the help of metaphorical associative maps.
The result of fruitful work was the developed recommendations for the prevention of emotional burnout, at the same time, the teachers received a charge of positive emotions, a great mood, personal resources and gifts from colleagues!
