4-5, 2023, the Center for Practical Psychology, together with the Department of Psychology and 4th-year students, held a university-wide event "Reality Art Workshop". A platform was created for mass consultation of students of our university, as a result, 191 students received psychological assistance and support.
4 tables worked with such a tool as Metaphorical Association Maps, consultants in art therapy, plasticine therapy, mandala therapy, sand therapy. Students tried to draw the NeuroTree algorithm for the fulfillment of desires and goals, and also took part in constellations.
Also we would like to note that the main purpose of this event is to develop a positive attitude of students and university staff to the practical activities of a psychologist and psychology in general, to provide intensive psychological assistance to students on various issues and problems of interest.
The guests of this event were 2nd year students of the Pedagogical College, headed by their curator Zharmukhambetova Altyngul. Students were also able not only to try the instrument in action, but also to consult on their condition and personal issues.
We believe that the goal has been achieved, we have carried out educational work with students, moreover, we have been able to advise on various issues of concern to them. Most importantly, we saw a strong interest of young people in psychology and the need for psychological help.
