On April 18, the Center for Practical Psychology held a meeting with 1st year students of the Pedagogy and Primary Education Methods department. The meeting was dedicated to issues of mental health. During the meeting, they discussed such important issues: how different life situations affect our behavior through our emotions and mood? What influences our mood? How to overcome the negative influence of distress, crisis and depression? Rosa Zhangalieva, a psychologist at the Center for Practical Psychology, gave useful recommendations on how to develop positive thinking and take care of your mental health.
